  1. Discussion & Possible Action – Conditional use permit to allow a drive-through on Lot 12 in the Liberty Business Park. 
  2. Discussion & Possible Action – Site plan review for a car wash, restaurant, and general retail on Lot 12 in the Liberty Business Park.

Public Hearing – Conditional use permit for a drive-through on Lot 28 in Liberty Business Park located north of County Highway M and south of Laser Street.  

  1. Discussion & Possible Action – Conditional use permit to allow a drive-through on Lot 28 in the Liberty Business Park. 
  2. Discussion & Possible Action – Site plan review for a 5,000 square foot car wash on Lot 28 in the Liberty Business Park.

509 West Verona Avenue

Discussion & Possible Action – Initial review for a 120-unit multifamily/extend stay and a 150-person event center located at 509 West Verona Avenue.

411 and 415 East Verona Avenue

Discussion & Possible Action – Initial review for a 3,300 square foot bank located at 411 and 415 East Verona Avenue.

Reports and comments from the Planning Department

This constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to the State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
