How do I register to vote?

There are several ways you can register to vote:

You can register to vote online at MyVote Wisconsin if you have a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver License or Wisconsin ID, and the address on file with Wisconsin DMV matches the address you are registering to vote at. If your address on file with the DMV is not current, please visit the DMV Website to update your address before registering to vote.

  • Register to Vote by Mail
You can download and complete a Registration Application and send the completed form along with proof of residence to:
City of Verona - Clerk's Office
    111 Lincoln Street
    Verona, WI 53593

  • Register to Vote at City Hall
You can register to vote at Verona City Hall, 111 Lincoln St., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note, you cannot register to vote the day before an election.

  • Register on Election Day
You may register at the polls on Election Day if you choose to. Please bring a WI Drivers License (if you have been issued one and it is valid) and a proof of residence with you to the polls. You will not be able to register if you do not provide a valid proof of residence.  Proof of residence may be provided on a smartphone or tablet as long as all of the required information is view-able.
If you choose to register on Election Day, please be prepared to  spend a little more time at the polls.
