Mission
The purposed of the Community Development Authority (CDA) is to eliminate or prevent blighted areas; provide and retain gainful employment opportunities and affordable housing; encourage growth of the City's tax base; and stimulate the flow of investment capital into the City using a variety of financing methods available.
