Southeast Neighborhood Plan

The Southeast Neighborhood Plan was adopted by the Common Council on January 25, 2010. The Plan encompasses 1,960 acres bounded by Grandview Road on the north; the north-south line between the Town of Verona and the City of Fitchburg on the east; the planned corridor for the Ice Age Trail on the south; and U.S. Highway 18-151 and the County Trunk Highway PB on the west.
