The City of Verona Parks Department offers 1 hockey rink and 1 free skating rink, both located at Harriet Park. Both rinks are flooded over dry ground and as such require a fair amount of ground frost to retain water and freeze properly. Flooding usually begins in Mid-December with good ice conditions from Christmas until late February.
